So my boss had the crazy idea of getting me to do gigantic paintings for his office. Because man, I dunno. Apparently drawing digital comics is the same thing as abstract acrylic paintings? ¯(°_o)/¯
Aaanyway. After lots of fretting and panicking and all that nice stuff, they are done, I actually sorta had fun I guess and you guys are seeing them before he will see them, because FIGHT THE POWER

I originally made digital sketches first, because that's how I roll, and you can contrast and compare this one here.

This one weighs in at 1,8 x 1,2 meters, and the theme my boss gave me to work with was simply "Wachstum" (growth), which is part of our company slogan.


(it feels so wrong selecting "Traditional Art" rather than "Digital Art" in deviantArt's category system. took me forever to even find the option lol)

so this is the actual painting then? looks good man like the colors. The colors in the digital were kind of skin toned and it was kinda weird.

It was a bit intentional, a bit unintentional. I did try to make the green more vibrant and stuff, because that was the only request my boss had, but other than that I mostly just didn't manage to mix the colours together to the digital version. But yeah it ended up working out better, I guess. Thanks!
